“Resolution Declaring Work Necessary” for improvement district 02-2276 ROUNDABOUT AT 52ND AVE W & 9TH ST W and for improvement district 02-2280 ROUNDABOUT AT 23RD AVE E AND 6TH ST E have been published in the legal section of the October 11, 2023 and October 18, 2023 editions of the Fargo Forum as required by NDCC 40-22. 

Property Owners within either district may file a written protest against the use of special assessments to fund the project by Friday, November 17, 2023. 

Written protests must be sent to city.auditor@westfargond.gov or to City Auditor, 800 4^th Ave. E, West Fargo, ND 58078.

Written protests must include the following: 

1. Name(s) of all owners of the property
2. Address of the property
3. Reference to the Improvement District being protested

A public hearing has been scheduled during the November 20, 2023 City Commission Meeting beginning at 5:30p.m. During the hearing, Commissioners will review filed protests and may take further action on this project.
